5. Cancellations and Refunds

Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed
Deposits or setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

We work hard to ensure our services meet your expectations, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service related to that claim
